Here's the good news: We treat every submission like gold and explore multiple exits (which you can read more about below). If it's a bad deal based on our analysis, we'll share what tips we have to make it better. If it's a good deal, we'll get a pre-drafted JV Agreement sent over to you at the email address provided, so we can get the property either under contract or sold!

Real Estate Investing doesn't have to be so challenging that it takes longer than 1 to 3 months to close your first deal. And it shouldn't be so cumbersome that you can't scale beyond 1 to 2 deals a month in your first year.
